Hungry Minds is a young and ambitious international publishing house known for producing high-quality, entertaining products that spark curiosity about life. We are reinventing the coffee table book format, creating products at the intersection of education, entertainment, and art.

Our first product, The Book, a colorful encyclopedia on rebuilding civilization, raised $3.2 million in pre-orders, became a bestseller in several countries, and has sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. With many more unique book and non-book projects on the way, we are actively seeking talent!

We are now searching for an exceptional Head of Marketing to strengthen our team. If you have experience in marketing strategy, a passion for growth hacking, and outstanding leadership skills, we would love to have you on board.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies

• Create comprehensive media plans to optimize marketing efforts

• Generate new hypotheses for business scaling and execute growth-hacking strategies

• Oversee in-house performance marketing teams, agencies, and contractors across various channels (targeted ads, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, webmasters, affiliate networks, CRO channels, organic marketing, etc.)

• Continuously analyze marketing results to drive metric growth

• Analyze competitors and track industry trends

• Initiate pilots in the field of Brandformance

• Explore new mechanics and interaction types using media and performance formats

• Proven experience in developing digital marketing strategies

• Deep understanding of the e-commerce market

• Experience with performance marketing and media placements

• Willingness and ability to manage performance placements hands-on

• Expertise in web analytics systems and mobile trackers

• Strong, confident, and courageous leadership skills

• Excellent soft skills for effective teamwork

• Fluent English (C1+)
