Values Value, an expert in game development recruitment, is looking for a User Acquisition to strengthen the team of our client, a company founded by veterans of the gaming industry. This company specializes in player acquisition through a platform that rewards installations and events in mobile games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Monitor and ensure the team achieves key metrics (CPA, ROI, etc.).
Develop key traffic acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
Plan, set up, and launch new campaigns in major traffic acquisition channels.
Assist in hiring, training, managing, and developing the team (performance marketing, creative managers, and production team).
Generate hypotheses to improve user acquisition efficiency and scaling.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience as a UA specialist.
English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
Previous experience working with mobile applications is essential. Budget management skills, creating forecasts, and achieving target monthly expenses, CPA, LTV, and ROI across all marketing channels.
Analytical mindset.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with global traffic acquisition, handling six-figure budgets and above.
Extensive hands-on experience in user acquisition through Google, TikTok, Meta.
Experience in acquiring traffic for mobile games.
