Project Manager

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Farcana's Game Development 
structure and driving the resource management direction of our technical teams. You will 
collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure that projects are 
completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to game creation. The 
goal of the client development team is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience to our 
players, decrease development costs and reduce the publishing of Farcana game.
The Project Manager is a multi-skilled manager able to coordinate cross-team project activities 
and manage features development in the team. PM works in close cooperation with the server 
development team, company top managers, integration teams, and publishing structure outside 
and inside inside Farcana if it's necessary to assure delivery.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Own management processes, practices, and quality standards for the teams, projects;
- Overseeing the development of multiple projects in game development process;
- Managing resource allocation, including salary and hiring management, team development, and
optimization, planning, people performance, and satisfaction;
- Manage the plan, schedule, and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within 
budget, and to the satisfaction of the product;
- Empower development teams to take accountability for delivery, risk, and issue management 
and assist by removing blockers;
 - Collaborate & builds strong relationships with all stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure
their needs and expectations are met, the delivery plans are clear;
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest gamedev 
quality standards;
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, server developers, artists, 
and QA testers, to ensure that all product requirements are met;
- Communicating project status updates to management;
- Managing project risks and issues;
- Facilitate critical incident management and technical roadmaps;
- Maintain reports, records, and documentation to reflect department activities.

- Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the product delivery.
 - The clear understanding of business planning, capacity planning.
- Strong technical background and previous experience in technical project management
- Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams
- Previous experience in a product company
-Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  -Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English.
