We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry.

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle
• Platforms: iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Planning

-Long-term planning (roadmap)

-Short-term planning (sprints)

• Task Management

-Task decomposition

-Monitoring progress and deadlines

-Coordination of functional departments: game design, art, UI, development, QA

-Task prioritization

• People Management

-Establishing effective communication

-Monitoring team performance

-Conducting one-on-one meetings with project leads and setting personal goals

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the industry trends and dynamics

• Fluent Russian, Upper-Intermediate level of English
